Lancashire Business Park, Preston

Working for Lancashire County Council, Eric Wright Construction Ltd built this new 65000 sq ft, standalone industrial unit on Lancashire Business Park, one of a number of units built to create employment in the local area.

QED installed the pad foundations on a vibro improved piling mat, we carried out a large drainage diversion, installed the new surface and foul water system for the scheme, connecting to the drainage network for the business park, including Aco Q-Max drain channels and laid the porous block paving to the car park areas and installation of an attenuation tank
